A home inspection determines the suitability of the property for any use?
John;
This sounds like a trick question.
Suitability= Suit´a`ble
a.****1.Capable of suiting; fitting; accordant; proper; becoming; agreeable; adapted; as, ornaments suitable to one’s station; language suitable for the subject.
Since we are only expected to Inspect a House for it’s condition, which means = a state of being or fitness
I guess if the condition of the Dwelling is found suitable for the Owner as assumed for residendtial living, there would be no argument that a dwelling found with a condition acceptable to our Standards for that meaning, that could not be used suitable for something else than that. ex.( Meth Labs.)
