Good one Gerry;
I said #1 due to the conditions of #2. Was this or is this a trick question or what? To me, since the finish seal coat of the exterior was not complete, it will breach the building envelope through this void behind the mast. Marcel |

Please Note:

The eye hook holding the guide wire for the incoming power line is not correct. It should be an porcelian insulator. The guide wire could become energized and thus the metal lath behind the stucco.
