I put "drainage plain" and "hardscape" into Google and got no returns. So I have no clue.

Drainage plain= Slope

Hardscape = concrete, clay

Clue 1:12 is 1" drop or rise for every 12" of run.

I don't think I would want my patio to have a 1 foot drop over 12 feet.

Probably would have to recommend further evaluation by a specialist if it did.
