Nothing to say I am right, I am just right with the poll best percentage that you can look at before you vote. Right?

Carpenter Poll.... Which end of the nail goes in the board first?

Pointed ___

Flathead ___

Couldn't resist this opportunity, as a 30 yr. sparky.

Randall;
Actually, I am quite busy on the job trying to figure out if the exterior existing lighting at 120v can be adapted to the new lighting circuit of 208v, and the possibilities of the doing so might be possible using the existing multi-tap ballast in the lamps of the existing yard lighting.

I can drive a 16penny nail in three shots with a 12oz. hammer. ha. ha.
You try it.

I think it depends upon which side of the board you are nailing from.

The answer is D ( if you did not already figure that )
230.70(C)
(C) Suitable for Use.
Each service disconnecting means
shall be suitable for the prevailing conditions. Service
equipment installed in hazardous (classified) locations shall
comply with the requirements of Articles 500 through 517.

lol...actually it gets quite tricky...since most service disconnects are dry locations...BUT not all are wet location units and most certainly not all are hazardous location worthy...so the answer ends up being ( and funny enough the code says it just that way ) the service disconnect must be rated really for the environment it is going to be placed in....

Believe it or not...I felt that was one of my better questions...
