Officials in Gallagher's office said the first inspections would be done in South Florida, primarily in Miami-Dade, Broward and Lee Counties, where more than 100 inspectors have already been hired and trained.

They have already started.

The Safe House and Flash program got started by Bill Mason, ASHI. He worked hard and long for many years on this program. There are some restrictions as to what credentials an HI's posses to sign these forms.

Jeff, where did the State advertise this? I am happy to see that Bill got it going...but just wanted to know where they got there pool of inspectors from?

Hi to all,

This program is not quite what Bill Mason was working on, although similar, the initial contracts have been awarded to ARA and JVI, I know JVI have been actively recruiting Home inspectors to perform these inspections.
