Adding a excell agent list to MS outlook

Does anybody know how to load a agents list into Microsoft outlook contacts. Or of a better program for emails that can do this.

I leave it in Excel where it can be better manipulated.

Type the e-mail in Word where I can import data fields to personalize the e-mail.

Mail Merge to E-Mail

send em out.

Once I've gotten it written, it's about 30 seconds to create 800 individual, personalized e-mails.

Research "Mail Merge".
