InterNACHI's membership department uses efax, however only about 1/2 the incoming faxes get through. We explain this right on our application page: www.nachi.org/join.htm

So why are you still using efax?

Efax works fine for us and has for about 5 years. I have to admit we don't use it all that much, but am unaware of any failures to communicate so far.
