Home Inspector Pro now has a Fireplace template based on InterNACHI's Fireplace SOP. Attached is a blank sample report created by the template Drew Levy made.

The template will be available on our message boards now and will be included in the next release of Home Inspector Pro.

Wow 9 pages just for the fireplace.

Get more server space Dominic.
My next report is 100 pages long.

You could probably cut that to 7 if you printed continuously. If not you have to tell Nick to make a shorter SOP!

Drew's finishing up a few other templates as well, including the ADA SOP which I finished awhile back and then accidently deleted before backing up!
