Dear Nick Gromicko,

I apologise for not communicating with you for a while, but have been very busy down South in South Africa with the Home Inspection Industry.

To give you a brief update since we last communicated, NACHISA is now fully associated with all the other Associations falling within the Building Industry and we have finally completed our third and more advanced training manual for NACHISA members, that is being used in our 5 day hands-on training course.

We have further introduced inspection software on cellphone devices that are more efficient in providing a more comprehensive inspection report, and speedy report delivery to the consumer. This is ready to be introduced to existing and future certified NACHISA menmbers.
