Doug Zumach will be a panelist on the webinar to answer questions about Interspect Voice and his transition from Home Gauge and other inspection software.

Doug Zumach is the owner of Checklist Building Inspections. He is a licensed home Inspector with over 18 years experience. Mr. Zumach is also a certified Home inspection Instructor with the board of secondary education as well as in Illinois with the OBRE.

Doug has performed thousand of complex inspections in homes and commercial buildings in the Chicagoland area. .His range of experience in construction includes residential construction as well as complex commercial projects such as the pedestrian and Traffic Bridge at O’Hare airport. Our two latest additions to our list of clientele is JP Morgan Chase, and LaSalle Bank whom we perform property condition assessments for on their guardianship properties.
Doug also performs completion inspections for CIT lending on their commercial projects in the Chicago land area and also performed these duties for CIT in Arizona. Beyond the completion review his duties included quality assessment and plan conformity.

He has accumulated thousands of classroom hours over the last several years while educating eager entrants in the profession of home inspection, and related fields of the importance and art of performing quality inspections.

Doug has taught at the two referenced Arizona schools and currently teaches at the three referenced Illinois institutions.
