Default I just got de-bugged
My computer was screwed up for the last few days and after many attempts to try to fix it myself I called 1-800-905-GEEK. The geek downloaded SPYBOT and exterminated the bugs. It's a free download and it's what the geeks use:

Congrats on being 'clean' again!

I'm more a fan of LavaSoft's Ad-Aware SE.

Oh, and AVG does a good job with it's a resident AV package.
