Log-in page help

Is there a script that is self contained with a database to list your clients and then allow access via a password system. I have tried and tried to come up with a log in system, for clients to enter a password and then it goes to their report. I can only make mine work for 1 client at a time and I have to go in and change info each time, which locks out the previous client.
I would appreciate any help.
