Lost the Password:

Cannot open Windows. Before investing in any software can someone advise as to any methods?

If not what would you recommend?

Try to boot the computer up and go into the safe mode. you might be
able to get in and change or remove the password from there.

I will not go into the subject of you forgetting the PW -- Do a Google search and your problems should be solved

For some one to try to guide you on the BB is very hard

Your post is a perfect example of what I am saying. One must have a little bit of computer knowledge as to how to solve the problem. The main problem is that of miss filing the PW
