Pro and Con of Software available

Dear Friends,
My first post as member of NACHI, After 25 years in residential construction and Owner of a Termite and Pest Control Company I've been reluctant to join associations, this site NACHI just impressed me with the support Nick and others like you show the industry.
I never prepare Home Inspection reports nor WDO Pest Inspections in the field although some do offer this feature. That being said I need a new software program to use for my home inspection reports. I've used pre-printed for years and moved to custom fill in .pdf but need input from others of whats available and what you like or dislike from each. Can You Help?
