Re: Troubleshooting Guide to Residential Construction
It's a pretty good book, good illustrations and explanations, and quite a few good "Fix It" solutions, I think I paid around $25 on Amazon, well worth the moneyat twice that price.
Mine is a 2005 Edition, I don't know if there is a newer version, mine has the same cover photo that you showed.
