Used software for sale?

If it is legal, would anyone like to sell their copy of InspectVue? (I don't want to do anything illegal--so please read the license agreement. I could not find the license agreement on the developer's website.) I want a recent version.

I was just thinking someone out there may be getting out of the business or thinking of using different software.

Joe, I have Inspectvue commercial and this is the transfer clause in the user agreement, I think the residential product uses the same licensing agreement.

5. NON-TRANSFERABLE: The End User license agreement is non-transferable, which means that
the software cannot be used by anyone other than you, the end user, or resold to any other
individual or entity.
