This is the way I see it. You Purchase an automobile from a certain salesman at a certain dealership. For some reason you are disgruntled about your purchase, so you go back to the dealership and the salesman you bought the automobile from. Plain and Simple. You don't go to the automobile manufacturer and complain about your disgruntledness. (they won't listen to you anyway) Same here...you purchase from Bill Janis; you talk to Bill Janis about returns, issues, etc. You do not start with the banking institution. Let's stop beating this thing and get on with the days business.

I agree, as a matter of fact why don't you keep track of how many people posted after you and see if anybody paid attention.

Hey, maybe that's Bills' aka "tribute", now if you pay tribute that would also explain how his business has tripled in the last few days.

Just a thought

I just received a call from Bill telling me this product is a no go for Canada. For me this is a non-issue now.

Let's pay tribute to Bill that's a good idea.

C'mon, guys.

Maybe the word "tribute" was over the top, but look at it this way. He made a bad call and he fixed it to the satisfaction of his customer. It can happen to any of us in the course of doing business. When it does, we fix it and move on...right?

In the end..it cost the disgruntled client $0 to cancel....

If I would have gotten a letter stating there was a cancellation fee when I thought there was not a cancellation fee from someone after cancelling I would have gone ballistic as well..but I would have gone ballistic on Bill Janis....

In fact...I think I went ballistic on Bill Janis about 11 months ago when I spoke w/ him about the machine....and it was the way he handled me and my complaint that earned my respect. It will also earn my business when I'm ready to switch.

I inquired about the special offer and was emailed documents that DID NOT resemble or reflect the deal that was offered. Even the explanation over the phone did not match. A red flag went up for me and did not persue it.

I'm with you David, I've tried to purchase several products using either the NACHI mall or through the vendor partnership system. I've found better deals for my flashlight, moisture meter and dell computer purchases without the benefit of NACHI. I'll keep trying though, you never know, one of these offers might actually work for me.

To all Nachi members from Bill Janis

I have been reading this thread and feel I must state my case.
I have been providing Nachi members with free credit card systems for almost a year. I have an HONEST, SINCER, SRAITFORWARD program. I give away $1000.00 free credit card systems. I have over a hundred very satisfied Nachi members and about 500 accounts nationwide.
I am including in this email my response to you submitting your info at my site www.creditcardsystemsforfree.com it clearly states if Joe Asvery or David Nice would have read it

But if for some reason it doesn’t work out return it with no obligation, no four year lease, no terms, no contract, no cancellation fee and above all NO RISK.
(Return email reads as follows)

FREE credit card systemsfor all service professionals - Nurit 8000 wireless or Omni 3740 landline!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL FIRST TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. INCLUDING THE RATE AND TO UNDERSTAND THE FREE, WIRELESS, MERCHANT ACCOUNT PROGRAM. THEN FOLLOW THE PAPERWORK INSTRUCTIONS BELOW AND SUBMIT TO ME. I UNFORTUNLATLY CAN NOT CONTACT EVERYBODY PERSONALLY, EVEN THOUGH I WILL STILL TRY. I GET LOTS OF ORDERS IN EVERYDAY NATIONWIDE AND I AM VERY BUSY FULFILLING THOSE GETTING PEOPLE SET UP WITH FREE CREDIT CARD SYSTEMS. EVERYTHING IS SIMPLE AND SELF EXPLANITORY ALSO THE PAPERWORK IS VERY EASY TO FILL OUT. IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME I CAN BE REACHED AT 1.847.263.1292 OR EMAIL ME info@creditcardsystemsforfree.com

(THE PAPERWORK IS ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL IN A PDF FILE OR YOU CAN ALWAYS DOWNLOAD PAPERWORK FROM

Here is an opportunity to take part in our FREE give away program a total $1000.00 value. That’s correct it’s absolutely, positively free, no upfront cash, no four year lease, no application, activation or service fee’s, no catches, no gimmicks, commitment and no risk. Only a strong added mainstream of revenue and increased profits. Even the shipping, installation and training is free. Other free benefits include on going support 24/7, 365 days a year. GAA (Global access advantage) allows you a real-time, free on line status report of your possessing. The amount of INCREASED volume you take in is what really counts.

By accepting all forms of credit-debit payment you open multi revenue streams creating convenient payment options for your clients at the same time. It also gives you a very trustworthy, reputable and prestigious impression. In essence if you’re smart there should be no expense at all, it should be a free money maker, profit center statistically increasing your income 30 to 40%. Empower your clients with the choice of several different payment options including American Express and Discover and debit also. Receive your money within 24 hours not weeks waiting for a check to clear. Secure future scheduled appointments with deposits over the phone. Be smart, it’s now do or die if you don’t accept credit cards. If you don’t accept credit cards, don’t worry your lost client/customer will find a company that does (meaning your competition).

Usually I sell these credit card systems upfront for $1200.00 or lease them for $79.00 a month for 48 months totaling $3792.00.

---I am WAIVING that expense---

In order for you to have a highly successful merchant account you MUST do three things to promote and market the fact that you accept Credit Cards. You don’t have the advantage of a storefront merchant where your clients can visually see your Visa/MasterCard sticker on your door or a terminal on your counter next to a cash resister.
  • You MUST verbally inform all your clients from their initial phone call to you to attain your business or get an estimate that you accept all forms of payments including all credit and debit cards. Then ask them if they plan to pay with a credit or debit card, you will increase their confidence immeasurably.
  • You MUST at the end of every service call present the wireless device empowering your clients giving them payment options cash, check or charge. People love options and even more convenience. Even if they start to write a check you should say, “Save your paper check for paying bills at your convenience we accept check cards”. Then you get your money the next day instead of waiting a week for a check to clear if it does at all.
  • You MUST become very smart and savvy with exploding the Visa/MasterCard LOGO I email you all over everything related to your business. Your literature, brochures, website, advertisements, flyers, business cards, your trucks, even the clip board you walk around with. Two big stickers come in your welcome kit but you can request as many as many as you want.

It is vital to be a bit of a promoting, marketing wizard at the beginning and throughout your merchant account. The worst thing that can happen is for them to ask you if you take credit cards. That means you didn’t do your promotion or marketing, you didn’t inform them that you already accept credit and debit cards. In order for you to have a highly successful merchant account you MUST never do three things.
  • You MUST never at point of sale when you get paid leave the device in your vehicle.
  • You MUST never leave the device at home or in your office. It is a financial tool meant to be utilized and exposed.
  • You MUST never be passive or unassertive in the fact that you accept credit cards. Be educational, aggressive and persistent.

Whether you buy a credit card system, lease one, rent one, find one, an uncle gives you one or I give you a free one regardless you must pay Visa/MasterCard a processing fee that is:

2% Discount Rate
.25 Transaction Fee
$10.00 Monthly Statement Fee
$12.00 GPRS Monthly Wireless GPRS air Fee

All are tax deductible and what has to be paid to Visa/MasterCard. When you consider that usually I sell these systems upfront for $1200.00 or lease for $79.00 a month for 48 months totaling $3792.00 it’s an extremely good deal. Not only will accepting Credit Cards bring in multi revenue streams but it will also make you look that much more credible, grounded, established and professional! Statistically increasing after a ramp up period your revenue 30 to 40%. Right now wherever you advertise if you don’t have a Visa/MasterCard logo on your ad you are losing money and business to your Competitor that does readily accept Visa/MasterCard. Now a day’s people want air miles with credit cards and the convenience of same as cash with debit cards. Some clients might like to spread their payments out over time with a credit card while paying you all at once guaranteed. Thus giving them time to pay it off gradually. This program was designed to financially enhance your fiscal portfolio and augment your financial strategy. This should add greatly to your business success story opening different revenue streams and ports leading directly into your bank account.

But if for some reason it doesn’t work out return it with no obligation, no four year lease, no terms, no contract, no cancellation fee and above all NO RISK. That just shows that you failed to market it and promote it, you waited for people to ask if you take credit cards. You forgot it at home or neglected to utilize it for its true financial potential. However it’s not to smart or a good business move to stop accepting credit cards once you’ve started. Why go backwards? This is a step up to the next professional level; you want to grow don’t you? Build your business and future; do not destroy it by rejecting any form of income or revenue. Let the power of Visa/MasterCard strengthen and fortify your financial business plan and solidify its monetary value.

NEVER KEY IN TRANSACTIONS, ONLY SWIPE WITH THE WIRELESS DEVICE. IF YOU NEED TO KEY IN I’LL SET YOU UP WITH A VIRTUAL TERMINAL ON LINE.

Paperwork

The paperwork consists of 7 pages the first 5 pertain to the wireless unit. Pages 6 and 7 are for the landline only. On those 5 pages I must have 7 signatures where X marks the spot or Visa/MasterCard will reject the application. With the paperwork I must have a voided check and a business license or a utility bill with your business address on it or Visa/MasterCard will reject the application. Within seven days you’ll have your free system. With free activation, free shipping and free training. Please Fax to 1-866-282-8009 or email to info@creditcardsystemsforfree.com Call 1-888-848-6825 for free training if they don’t call you first. It’s really all that simple.

This amazing FREE offer is now offered TO ANY MERCHANT. So if you know of someone starting or opening a business or needing an up-graded system please contact me for FREE wireless or land line V/MC credit card systems.
Then I’ll pay you a $50.00 finder’s bonus when they receive their system.

That is what I send out. This forum can be helpful but also harmful to its members with misleading information and harsh, cynical reviews before the truth is known. As for those who don’t trust me or believe me, go to your bank or a competitor and pay major thousands up front or wind up with a 4-5 year lease that you must buy out in its entirety to get out of totaling $4000-$5000. And still pay a $500.00 cancellation fee for that processor. Then we’ll see all the cry babies and complainers come out in gigantic droves. I have none of those costs. Don’t take it from me ask

I have about 96 more very satisfied Nachi members.
Why are all you negative ninnies focusing on the dumb cancellation fee that I clearly waive any ways? This Thread that Joe Asvary started has been the largest most misleading waste of mental energy and time for all those who have taken part in or read. The real issue here is the fact that I am saving Nachi members major bucks. If you read the mail I send out you’ll see that I am sincere about you getting you a good informative, education on having a wireless account. I am your Bankcard solution.

If you want to avoid future misunderstandings why don't you include your waiver in the contract instead of just in your advertising? We've all seen ads that say one thing but then deliver another. I just read over all the paperwork you originally sent me, there is no mention of your waiver in any of it, its a signed an legal contract that we submit to you, what we get back is a different contract with a Prepayment penalty, your waiver should be somewhere in the paperwork we sign, not just in your ads. I've been pi$$ed about it since I got the machine and saw the Prepayment Penalty believing it was just another Internet scam. I happy to see that you stand by your advertising but you should include your waiver in the contract or at least send your cutomers a signed copy of it to avoid further incidents like this.

Myself, I don't use your machine as much as I thought I would, I do more credit card transactions using PayPal and other methods than I do straight credit card transactions, many people are uncomfortable giving their Credit Card number over the phone to a stranger, most prefer to use PayPal and to keep that number private, I have yet to use the machine onsite.

Thanks for standing by your word, its good to see that there are still some good honest people around, now I'm not pi$$ed off any more.

Yesterday Bill thanked me by email explaining that since this posting his business from NACHI has trippled.

I can honestly say that if Bill would have clearly disclosed all of the contract from his card services company up front I might still be a customer of his.
