Actually the DELL thing is excellent because you can use the discount that comes from NACHI and add it onto the DELL EPP program, so you get way more than if you only had either one. You just have to ask.

AS far as the new program that was just announced? Most of those things are smoke and mirrors. Like giving Three dollars off movie tickets and only allowing it to be used on $9 tickets. That's ridiculous.

I was astounded to read the post.
First of all be very careful what you write about someone.

Even if it is true you could open yourself up to a defamation lawsuit. Regardless of the reason or actual events that transpire calling someone a crook and liar is dangerous.

there are a number of recent newsworthy lawsuits in the news where a woman called another woman a "skank and a whore" on the internet and she got her *** sued off!

I say good thing this thread came up again, I was just hit again with a $100 yearly fee from this merchant provider, Advertised no yearly fee, I do say Bill refunded it last year. But now I need to call him and try again. I also was told of a cancalation fee a few months ago by this merchant. Bill also told me that the fees would be 1.88% but they continue to charge me 2.0% after bill said he would fix it. I think the over all service is pretty poor saying nothing (sorry probebly should not have said "nothing")really happens as he advertises. Now I need to try and get my $100 bucks from him again.

As a quick aside, it should be noted here that for any signed contract to be considered "legal", it must have been signed after a "meeting of the minds". What this means is that all parties must have a basic understanding of what they are agreeing to prior to signing. It would be very difficult to prove "a meeting of the minds" when the entire contract was never on the table.
