Flashlight camera and computer will do a lot

Remember they do not know what you have in your toy box unless you tell them

Toys that I bet people have that they seldom use and could do with out

1. Water level
2. High end Laser Level
3. Ultra sonic or laser distance measurement equipment
4. DVM
5. Water flow meter
6. Black Light
7. Binoculars
8. Full set of hand tools
9, Clamp on amp meter
10. Voice tape recorder

See I think the binoculars could be very handy. Especially the ones that have the cameras built in.

My students have found that they do not work as well as a digital camera with a zoom feature- just my opinion-

I just meant that I like the harder side of Sears rather than the softer side.

Sometimes I like the softer side, but I get really excited around tools.

Is he still in business.

Did he ever get sued ?

If so did he lose and how much for.

It would be interesting to know how long he has been in the Inspection business and did he carry insurance ..

I have just slightly more tools then that .
