Just bought a copy of it last night. The documnet is only 3 pages long, but has some great verbiage that I would have not thought to put into a contract. I sent it over to my lawyer today to look at and customize for my business needs. It is a great starting point for her and probably saved me hundreds of dollars if she would have had to generate something like this from scratch.
Currently I am involved in three seperate cases that the clients hired me as a second opinion after their initial home inspectors gave them realtor friendly reports. Months after they moved in, things started going all wrong. All three cases are expected to go to litigation. This was posted at a perfect time for me. Thanks Guys!
