I sent the following Email to Air Chek, after they came through for me big time this morning, for a recent real estate transaction...Thanks NACHI, for letting me know about these folks for their RADON capabilities...

Good Morning,
I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for the great service that I've been receiving from Air Chek lately. Recently, I made some mistakes (omissions) on one of my radon test packs that I sent in, and when I called to inquire about it, I was warmly received by Nancy, who was so nice in explaining where I had made a mistake.
She then offered to resolve it for me, if I would Fax the information back to her.
After doing so, I got the results back on both of those tests SO FAST that I couldn't believe it! This kind of great turnaround is not only amazing, but very much appreciated.
Please take a moment to pat your folks on the back for a job well done,
and I will continue using Air Chek for all my Radon testing here in Colorado.
