Sorry Nick, I had to laugh when I saw the name, before I opened up the link the first thing that came to mind, was man I have had many of these in my lifetime. ha. ha.

But, I don't think that tool would work for what I was thinking about.
Sorry.

Just kidding.

Sounds like a good safety tool for homeowners.
