I got a direct mailing from them 3 weeks ago. I filled out the web page and called to a voice mail. It's been 3 weeks, NO return contact.

They called me last week and set up my account over the phone. I received an e-mail with a user name and password for my account 10 minutes after the call. Thanks Nick!!
