Did you fill out the member signup form?

After you do THEN you can log in with you NACHI credetials.
When you complete the signup form it will log you in the first time automatically.

Yea, that's the form that didn't work. I filled out the form, hit the button on the bottom of the page, and nothing.... Hit the button again, ....still nothing.

There must be a problem then.

Maybe clearing your browser cache would help.

It apparantly took one of thoses times I hit submt, it did truncate the login id to fewer letters. So it's pretty confusing...

Now, after getting logged in, I can see that I can purchase 10 of these cards for $299.50, but I'm not sure how that's going to earn me $4000 a year. I'm having trouble seeing that anywhere. It seems more like it's going to cost me about $300.00.

What am I missing?

Hey, guys.

I am one of the TopNACHI Card guys, and I will be happy to answer questions about the program.

Nick will be circulating a link to our Press Release on our site (http://www.topnachi.com/PressRelease.aspx) that gives a brief overview of the program. Some of the graphics have just been changed to make to make it more clear for members to navigate.

The important thing is that first-time users must Register on our site. Once done, a returning member can just use their UN/PW to get right in. You should use your NACHI username, but you MAY use a unique password. That way, you don't have to worry that we are getting access to your NACHI records.

The most-important thing to do is to go into the "Training" page to download the "Market Share" document. This will detail how this program can increase your profitability.

The Cards are intended to generate new leads from "untapped" real estate professionals, build loyalty with established contacts, and to build a referral base and goodwill with customers.

While you will be giving the Cards to professionals, we highly recommend rolling the cost of the Cards into the inspection. Again, details in the "Market Share" document.

Learn the principles, and you can separate yourself from your competitors and increase your profits.

I'm with TopNACHI, and Nick asked me to hang around this forum to answer questions about the TopNACHI Discount Card Program as they arise. We had a few bugs to work through, but the site is now ready to go at www.topnachi.com. The prescription program will be released in a day or two.

By going directly to http://www.topnachi.com/PressRelease.aspx, you can read an overview of how the program can help members build and solidify their referral networks. There is a link on the Press Release to take you directly to the main site where you can register. InterNACHI members should use their InterNACHI Username, but a Password different than the one you use for the InterNACHI site.

Once you register, click on the "Grow Your Business" link and read the "Market Share" document. If you are not familiar with the card, read the color brochure first.
