I am participating in a virtual conversation, on an asset of an association I am a MEMBER of, and with a NON-MEMBER/GUEST who has absolutely NO STADING to complain about InterNACHI... at all.

Seems these threads may be confused with THIS THREAD. I don't think that shutting down this forum would do any good as the "guests" would post in other forums. Perhaps a debate forum for these types of exchanges is in order. (preferably one that doesn't show 3 threads at the top of the "new posts" section every time.

I hate seeing these threads in "new posts" as it has a direct affect on my ability to win a daily door prize!

Perhaps, until NACHI IT can develop a means of filtering the criminal activities of non-members from polluting the message board, a temporary lock would be worthwhile.

We all know that moderating the board is not an option and an overwhelming number of members would like to see these activities filtered. The sick and twisted mind behind these criminal activities requires a Canadian audience. By eliminating the means to reach that audience through this message board might encourage him to find somewhere else to haunt.

Try this one out.

All message board non-members should be required provide: name, address, phone number, and valid email before be given an account to post on this board.

They could have a pseudonym but their real contact info should be available to the powers that be with the understanding that their real identity will be posted for all to see if they repeatedly violate the message board rules.

Perhaps if this were the case, these goofballs wouldn't be so prone post while they hide behind their anonymity.

I believe Mr. Wand was one of the ones slamming me by slandering Sharondale Academy. If this is true, he has caused me a great deal of hardship. He has put a question mark over my personal reputation, and has adversely affected my business. I choose to forgive this man, and all others who were involved in the " Sharondale lynching ". I don't want or need the bitterness in my heart, that I feel coming through on many of these posts.

great potential for helping each other to grow as inspectors, and as men and women. Good character is something we really have to work hard at, in
order to build. Good character is reflected in our business, and in everything we do. I was slammed for advertising that my students could earn a six figure income as an inspector. That hurt me, and I've lost business, but I intend to keep moving forward, and giving my students the best training they can get anywhere. I will still advertise the same way,because it's no lie. If you've been inspecting full time in the Toronto area, and you're not making at least a hundred grand a year, then you really need to look into the reasons why !

If you go into the archives, back about 2 years ago, the need to distance the canadians from the American section was voiced and initiated.
