Default "Best Practice Guide: Full Height Basement Insulation"

BEST PRACTICE GUIDE:
FULL HEIGHT BASEMENT INSULATION
"Best Practice Guide: Full Height Basement Insulation"
is available on the Building Code website at: http://www.ontario.ca/buildingcode

This guide is part of the Ministry's implementation of new energy efficiency requirements introduced in the 2006 Building Code.

Ontario's Building Code will require near full-height insulated foundation walls in homes constructed under permits applied for after December 31, 2008

"Best Practice Guide: Full Height Basement Insulation" benefits builders, designers, and enforcement officials by addressing technical and practical issues associated with the details and installation of basement insulation.

A free copy of this guide is available for download from the Building Code website at:
http://www.obc.mah.gov.on.ca/Asset842.aspx
