This Bill Mullen is trying to sell the National Certification. What a poor way for the Past President of CAHPI to talk about a member . He who is far from perfect . He has called me Liar before and I never Lie . He can not back up his statement with where he called me a liar on his forum . I feel this is just the Continuing Bulling by CAHPI.
I think all should just DISMISS Mr. Bill Mullen his group and their wants as Hog Wash.
This group is are only trying to sell smoke and Mirrors to make them selves
look like they are doing much for the
Canadian Home Inspection Industry.
They talk about what is comming and how great it is going to be.
They are all full of Bull they do not answer simple questions OR give proper information.
Can any one tell me ( B. Mullens figures ) WHY 5,000 Canadian Home inspectors should allow 220 RHIs of OAHI/CAHPI
to make decisions that will effect all Canadian Home Inspectors.

I would highly recommend that not too much faith be put in Bill Mullens National Certification .
It was about two years ago when he was telling all how much money could be made and how many inspectors would be required to do the PDI inspections that would soon be needed . Unfortunatly like many of Bill Mullens hopes it was just smoke and Mirrors.

As it gets closer to the Date I will send a letter to Bill Mullen asking him to put the Conference dates and cost and how we want the CAHPI members to know they will get the same treatment and cost as all NACHI members get . Knowing Bill I expect he will do this for us .

Keep in mind that these are only a handful of the posts Roy and Ray have made against Bill and many others who are not here to defend themselves. And I got to tell you, I laugfhed out loud (really!) when I read how Roy phoned the CAHPI president inviting him to our conference. Of all the members of NACHI to make contact with CAHPI for anything, Roy and Ray would be the very last people I'd choose. They have no credibility whatsoever. I bet the CAHPI boys had a good laugh over that one. If we had any hopes at all of CAHPI coming to our dance, they went right out the window with Roy's phone call.

Now you understand why I made my post at the beginning of this thread questioning Roy's hollow and hypocritical words for Bill. Roy burned his bridges with Bill and everyone else in CAHPI years ago.

Sorry the evidence points to OAHI-CAHPI not playing by the rules. Besides your statement above is moot as Roy decided he didn't want to play by rules that are not followed. Seems many people in OAHI-CAHPI bend the rules to suit the needs. So professional of them!
