Thank you Darrel that is exactly the way I have felt and is the exact reason I left the Ontario association .
Ray and I saw this a long time ago and when we continue to try and show we have been push shoved and called many bad names .
Unfortunately there are a few who command and get noticed.
We saw some of it come out a few days ago.
I purposely added nothing to the questions as I knew it would be turned around against me .
Ray was I thought asking many questions that had to be asked and he was treated not very nice .
I have many questions that need answers but I know if I ask they will never be answered .
Thanks for your support and I too think this will never fly .
There are a huge group who also know this is never going to fly but many are to nervous to speak up publicly as they know how those in power will treat them .
Not the best way for associations to be run. .

Sorry Wendy you are wrong again Bill was the one who Called Raymond a liar more then once and it was Bill who was the one who lost his cool big time a while ago .
I often wonder why you keep getting involved with things you know so little about Wendy .
Please you buddy Dave has more then likely done less Home inspections in 8 years then you have in one . He is also far from reliable .

For many years, I have been an advocate for women’s rights. I have sat on a great many boards to further the cause of women. Someone such as yourself, would have set back our cause many years.
You play the ‘female card’ thinking people are picking on you….do you ever wonder why?....I will tell you….YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!! There is nothing that you do not know and as one gentlemen said previously to you “it’s better for people to think you a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt”. You indeed have peoples pity…what else can they do for someone like yourself…you are indeed pitiful.
Although I am not a member of NACHI, I have been coming to this site for over 2 years and enjoy the wisdom that is shared throughout this board. You contribute absolutely nothing but to make an ARSE of yourself….your child(ren) must be proud of you…and if they are, they must be young….very young…because they don’t know what an embarrassment you are.
The ladies that are here appear to be respected because they seem to be intelligent individuals….you, on the other hand, are just your basic garden variety arsehole.
Do you ever lay in bed wondering why people dislike you…..you should really take a long look at it…..I guess you have no time to do that though…..your, what, 3 months in the home inspection world? You have made over 4,300 posts in your career as a home inspector…yet, you have contributed nothing. Just how did you become an expert in everything…..oh yea, it is all bullsxxx. Although you have a chip on your shoulder, I am sure it will soon be knocked off…hopefully by one of the ladies as I am sure these ladies know that you are doing nothing but making things harder on them in a male dominated world. They shall succeed….you hopefully will fail….and soon, then we don’t have to listen to your uneducated lipping off. There are better places your lipping off would be useful.
I would have no problem using my name but if people were to search my company or name this may come up….I sincerely hope that they never find out I ever conversed with the likes of you…..and I never shall again.

The other night, after it became obvious that a resepectful, intelligent dialogue was impossible here concerning the National certification Program due to the usual people, I provided another website address for people to contact me individually. cahpi1@yahoo.ca

So far eight people have asked me fourteen very important and reasonable questions. A couple were softballs, but most were hardballs. I answered them all, because they were all asked nicely and without derogatory remarks about any person or association. That was what I had hoped could happen here, but as we know, Raymond decided that couldn't happen.

Anyway, I once again invite people to contact me at cahpi1@yahoo.ca and I will try to take time to reply. It might take a while but I will respond. It's interesting that NACHI members that I never before heard about contacted me this way but as a couple have mentioned, they would not post to the NACHI forum because they know that if they make any sense at all the R & R gang will treat them with derisions and abuse.

I am saving all of these questions and my replies and I will post a compendium of them every so often on this site.
