I am just getting started in this business, canachie seems to be the most cost effective and user friendlly place to become certified…few questions…
- $365 per year is all you pay to become member and take all the courses you need ( free with membership) to become certified?
- once your a member apply for home inspector license ($150 per year) with consumer protection bc
- what are the insurance costs ? can you get insurance on a per inspection basis
this will be a partime job for me. anything else anyone can think of, or insights would be greatly appreciated…
