What a hacker (Wand) who has been officially expelled from the association and subsequently banned from the message board is able to post can hardly be considered private or privileged by anyone able to operate more than one brain cell at a time. Carry on, Mr. Lott. There is nothing in the ethics code that protects non-members with this slug's record of activities conducted with the intent to bring harm upon our members. Whatever is left of him when the courts are through you can disparage and humiliate to your heart's content.

So James, why are you hacking Inspection News under the name Harvey Hemplestern? Keep digging the whole James, your opinions and statements are digging a very deep hole as to your abilities to try and manipulate the system. You are the biggest PR blunder NACHI has ever created.

Why do you suppose James Bushart hacked the ASHI discussion board and Nachi condoned it? Why does James feel the need to hack his way into other boards and yet be hypocritical of others who actually use their own names who he claims are hacking NACHI? Hmmmm...well, ... I guess the ESOP is operating clandestine intelligence gathering operations against NACHI members posting on other discussion boards. And other info that James deems worthy of attention. Ray Wand was kicked out of NACHI, his offending posts were deleted, and now the punk is back and slandering you, Joe Farsetta, several individual members and NACHI as an Association.

I will say one thing about ASHI ..... If Ray Wand had been a member they would have kicked his azz out and it would still be out!

His wise azz remarks would NOT have been allowed to be posted under a different name or as Ray Wand "Non Member"!

* I am sure that ASHI's attorney would have long since sent him a "Cease & Desist" letter and put a stop to his bullsh`t!
* Naturally I do not know anything about NACHI's finances but ........ I think that they have enough money to pay NACHI's lawyer to send Ray Wand a cease and desist letter!

IF NACHI does not have the money ..... I am more than sure that their are many of us who are so sick and tired of the Ray & Roy show that we would be willing to contribute enough for this letter to be sent!

Strange indeed... here we have James once again pontificating and being the perpetual hypocrite. Why did James find it necessary to hack Inspection News and ASHI, and yet here he is trying to rationalize his convoluted theories on the rest of us while he breaks every rule in the book.

Reading the remaing posts with the deletion of Wand's leaves behind a distorted record of the conversation. Many who supported the fool at the time of his actions have, by virtue of his subsequent actions, come to a different conclusion.

Nothing justifies his actions.

He did something that he acknowledged that he knew to be wrong and that he knew would result in his dismissal and, for 18 hours, laughed at the consequence.

When it happened, he showed what type of a person he truly is and became obsessed with stalking those he believed to have "wronged" him all over the internet.

These actions included - but are not limited to - making blatantly false fabrications of made-up criminal activity and posting it on a public message board and then emailing links to it to people outside of the association. He has made obscene phone calls and left messages on telephone answering services. He has visited blogs and, in one case, left 16 libelous and obscene messages over a two hour time period.

He continues to post here, in spite of his ban.

If you would do the same....I encourage you to seek the same medical attention that Wand so deperately needs.

He appears to be only hours away of from raping live chickens....
