The very first post in this section where CAHPI is offering a Fifty dollar discount to those who applied to the first section . So strange if they really wanted to play fair they would allow all those who applied in the first group to take the National certification as those who won the DRAW?????
They paid $107:00 . Those who lost out in the DRAW????? get the chance to pay $1,050:00 plus 6% (1100:00 ) (-50.00)...
Does not sound too balanced to me .

This could be the best thing to Happen to NACHI Canada yet.
At least on the NACHI BB Help is given Information is given .
We all help each other constantly.
What a great family we have in NACHI .
The Future looks good for all Canadian Home inspectors at NACHI.

NACHI says it is going to close the membership at 10,000.
It looks like the membership is about 9800 so those who are contemplating joining .
Now could be a great time so you do not have to go on a waiting list .

Yeah, and you guys picked the wrong door.

Sorry, but there is no deal between CAHPI and NACHI. There have not even been talks and based on the attitude (mockery and derision) displayed here lately there won't be anytime soon. You can't BUY a National Certificate and you sure as heck can't get GRANDFATHERED into it.

You can't just 'adopt' the National Certification. It's an 'earned credential', but then again around here that's an unfamiliar term. Send your $ 350. to Nick if you wish, but all you'll get in return is another worthless piece of paper. I hope Vern is getting a commission, because he's carrying the ball for this farce. I'm sure his 'reliable source' is his over-active imagination.

Thanks for your report Bill . I guess it is nice to be able to come on the NACHI site and voice your thoughts .
We at least welcome all who wish to post and they are open for all to see .
This of course does not happen with you on the OAHI site where you a member of OAHI have your posts removed if they do not agree with what you say .
This is censorship and far from free speech .
Of course you know all about that because you did not allow free speech on your blog and you do not allow free speech on your Canuk list .
I guess it goes back to you reap what you sew.

Bill you would certainly know about lies and slander you have done your share on your BB the Canuck list, and OAHI CAFE. I have copies that I could post.

There you go again counting the chicks before they have hatched. Like you informed everyone repeatedly that all 5000 inspectors in Canada will be certified by the end of 2007! I am still trying to find the other three thousand plus home inspectors. They must be with Elvis.

Sorta like all the slander and innuendos you cast about me being retired and all. Bill you may know a thing or two about the National but don't come here and plead you are Lilly White or that you are literate with the intracacies of Administrative law, Corporate law, and Charter rights and how by-laws are to be interpreted.

Yup its a great week for NACHI members and CAHPI-OAHI members alright when they come here to get their information.

I think you misinterpreted what Vern said about CAHPI/NACHI, I think he implied NACHI would replicate CAHPI National Certification program to suit Nachi needs and wants. NACHI can do it better and bigger and gooder!

Now which door would you like to pick now? The EXIT door is not part of the pickings!
