Roy is right, all the information here does have a slant in favour of NACHI.

But you have to give Bill Mullen credit, he has worked very hard for all home inspectors. Give his NC a fair shake, it really is the only verifiable home inspection certification out there.

Yes Bill has really worked hard to get his info out .
It would have been nice if he had given us more instead of hiding much and ignoring many questions.
It sure will not be all Bills fault when this fails.
He is just part of a group who want to have compete control of the Canadian Home Inspectors .

Until NACHI can make a serious effort in bending governments ear when it comes to what is best for our industry, CAHPI is taking the lead.

NACHI falls short in being taken seriously due to its membership requirements and lack of resources up here. It really is that simple.

What does make me angry is;
- your coming here to discuss the issues and then setting out your "rules of engagement" that limited any exchange of information to a one way street.

- your justification of the national using polls that are clearly biased and incorrect.

- your defending a price structure that is designed to milk as much cash from non CRAPI members as possible

- your representation of CAPHI on this board when claiming that you are just a private citizen ( It's called plausible deniability Bill and it doesn't wash. The absence of your handlers from these discussions speaks volumes)

- your continual insult and attack against anyone who disagrees with you ( remember Bill you are a guest here and as a defacto representative of CAHPI should take the high road - probably a new route for you - and ignore what you feel are personal attacks. You do not have to respond and in fact you don't have to be here at all)

- your constant complaint that you are here to voluntarily to get the word out. Again Bill "plausible deniability" is at play. We know that by being here your handlers at the CAPHI bunker can claim that they have tried to contact NACHI members to no avail. Your comments, insults and tirades have all been noted and will be presented to the decision makers at the appropriate time.

- your support of the national and CRAPHI who have declared that all inspectors in Canada are doing a terrible job and causing all kinds of problems for home purchasers and real estate persons when the truth is that they don't. Hi Chuck:

All I can say is that it is big, and I consider it to be good (actually great) because it suits my goals and hopes for this industry in Canada.

I can't say anything more because there are some on this forum who will always distort anything that I say. Because of their spiteful agendas everyone will just have to wait and watch.

Roy, Ray and Lucky George will no doubt claim to have some inside information about it, but believe me, they have no idea what this is about. Everyone involved has been sworn to secrecy because of the damage that could be done if this gets into the wrong hands prematurely (no names of course).

The only hint I'll give is that it was my idea and it's something I've personally been working very hard on for a couple of months behind the scenes and it includes the federal government and three associations.

Bill says there were 4 or five provinces looking at licencing. I have a document which questions what he stated. It turns out only 3 provinces are entertaining licencing. So knowing this why has the number been inflated to 5 as Bill alluded to earlier? Me thinks someone is a good story teller!

Oops, I misspoke I guess. In reality there are now SIX provinces (that I know of) looking at licensing. If that 'document' you are quoting is the latest out of OAHI, they aren't aware of a couple I guess.
