Hey I am going to release some info in less than 10 days too and another didy likely on March 4 or 5th that will show exactly how one of the major players in the National deals with issues by using intimidation, ignorance, negligence, a shear stupidity to hide the truth.

We have heard so many stories from Bill over the years that his credibility is in doubt.

Further with OAHI finances being hidden CAHPI can't be sure that it gets its fair share of money from OAHI.

What a tangled web of deceit.

I think OAHI is questionable just as much in relaying info as you Bill. I have yet to hear the same story told by CAHPI or OAHI. It seem depending on the day of the week the story will change with the weather!

How come CAHPI-OAHI is running a deficit? Now they are pleading to the members for special assessments. Where has the money gone and where are the much touted benefits. It seems some in OAHI have their own agenda to dispose of anyone who is part of the National.

Where have the monies gone for all the improper fines imposed gone.
Where in the financial reporting is the money from CMHC?
Why are the expenditures for education and BOE close to two hundred thousand dollars?

Hmmmmmm. Not a rosy picture and guess that explains the need for special assessments and why there is a deficit.

Chuck didn't ask anything about OAHI and I didn't mention them because it's not relevant to the ongoing discussion. OAHI's finances have nothing to do with this thread.

Raymond, are you having trouble reading? My answer was Yes. My employees are very well qualified and are either National Certificate Holders and/or CAHPI Ontario members.

National Certificates cannot be bought. They are the only verifiable national credential in the Canadian Home Inspection industry.

You're really reaching today to tie me to something you can criticize. Quit wasting my time and for once try to do something positive for the members.

By the way, I never thanked Jason and the others who have come to me defense. Thanks. Unfortunately, they are in the minority. Obviously the rest of you are intimidated by the R & R Sideshow of Crap, so you won't mind at all if I'm not around for a while. It'll give them a chance to dump on me and CAHPI without any resistance.

The only reason no one else who is a member doesn't come to your aid is because they know all to well what will happen to them. They will be given the run around, intimidated, membership witheld, denial of rights. I have a big file of mismanagement. Some members are chosing to email me privately and asking what is going on.

Bill you have a very short memory. Remember how you tried to suggest I was inspecting while retired? You and your yippy yappidy lapdog didn't get far did you. Why do you suppose that is? Because the by-laws aren't on your side. Why do you think they are ammending the by-laws to change retired status. OAHI can't even muster a fart because BOD have been on record abusing their independence on the CAFE Forum making unfounded statements which prove they are bias. They don't dare squawk, besides given their financial picture they don't have any money to misuse. Got the proof in a big file folder here of unanswered complaints and statements made by those inexperienced wannabe power hungry myopic pretenders.

You might want to send Mike Guihan to do your job, but I suspect he wouldn't show up because he is not the one in control, it most certainly appears you are the Wizard behind the curtains pulling the leavers.

Bill I take that as a threat by a representative of the CAPHI org and will forward it to interested parties. And please don't come back with the old "I am not a representative of the association." If you aren't then I can expect a retraction from CAPHI or this too will be viewed as affirmation of approval of your crass remarks and as affirmation that the entire process is biased against individuals who might want to apply.

Hell; I'd really like to see some OAHI members come here and defend the Association. They won't because they are all lap dogs. The RHI and the National are meaningless, because the fact is they have abused their positions and money. How do you think it would look in court? They shy away from that because once you get these twitts on the stand and the evidence the house of cards will fall. They are afraid of their own shadow. I am proof they are freightened of me. Some in OAHI and on the BOD pressed to take me to task internally and via the courts, they were informed not to even attempt it because the fact is their high priced lawyer disuaded them because he to would be drawn into the fray of incompetence and negligence and that would not look good.

I apparently cast a big frieghtful shadow and I am only 5'9" and weigh about 178 pounds, but my shadow is like Goliaths!

No matter what Bill says ,
This is about money. Pure and simple.
It isn't about protecting the consumer. We all know this.
CAHPI at this time is in Dire striates they are almost Broke and if they do not get group of home inspectors to come and going soon they will be in Big trouble .
Bill has not had the decency to answer a lot of questions he has evaded and ignored .
CAHPI is in Panic mode and do not want their members to know about the offer NACHI made for a free booth for both OAHI and CAHPI,and NACHI members rate for the NACHI conference.
This is obvious NACHI has given CAHPI the free use of the NACHI BB and they have just tried to sell their National Certification .
If you go Back and read it has been Bill attacking those who ask questions . He has given very little information .
He has not told the truth in How many applied and how many have the certificates and who they are . I asked about more then once how many Non NACHI and Non CAHPI had the certificate and he came up with none . I have not seen any one here call him A liar but he has to more then one of our members .
Bill just continues to talk in innuendos.
some one asked and Bill said he did not get any money that he was doing it for free .
I have been told Bill was paid $1,000;00 a month .
Some how it just does seem to show good faith to NACHI from CAHPI.
It borders on Black mail in my openion where if you join the CAHPI association in your area you will save money but if you do not you will pay $1,100:00 where others pay $550:00.
