No issue. A Canadian Trademark doesn't extend past the confines of a particular industry as any similarity would not cause confusion in a different industry. For example: you are free to start an Apple Inspection Company... but you can't start an Apple Computer Company.

Had me worried for a minute. CCHI is for Canada and stands for;
"Certified Canadian Home Inspector".
A search of the trademark data banks found that no one was using this combination or letters. We tried CPI but it stands for Consumer Price Index so we elected to go with CCHI.
John, the link you found is for a medical group in the US an should not have any effect on us.
