Congratulations to one and all, particularly Joe F, Billy D - it was a fantastic event. Mario once again your hospitality is truly unbelieveable - thank you.
I would highly recommend this course, to any inspector wanting to get a handle on getting a solid start to understand "due diligence in property assessments" for commercial buildings . I was honoured and extremely pleased to commend Joe's remarkable teaching/training skills. He brings a lot of enthusiasm and a dynamic personal passion to the art of teaching! Once again it was truly a pleasure! Inspection Support Services Inc. "Those who can do. Those who CARE, teach" or “Teaching is the highest form of understanding.” Aristotle |

What a great weekend, Joe was a very interesting instructor and presented the course material well. William DeVries organized a great event, also the ability for a new guy like me to be around so many successful inspectors in a snowed in hotel for the weekend and receive such valuable advice and support was PRICELESS. I hope I have established some long term friendships this weekend. Thanks for the ride Chuck and Bill and it was great to meet the rest of you( too many to name.)

To all my new found friends from the Great White North... A big THANK YOU.
It was worth the 7 hour drive up and 7 hour drive back to get to meet you, teach you, and learn from you. You are a very gracious and professional bunch, and you definitely take your training seriously. I was honored to be a part of it, and hope to come back in the near future. Claude and Bill M... thanks. Meeting folks and getting to speak with them overwrites the often harsh black and white seen on this message board. Billy D... thanks. My new name for my friend Mario K... "Super Mario"... unbelievable. All the best, bro. Seriously, though... what a great bunch of people. I hope everyone had some fun, and really learned a few things over the 2-days. Maybe next time, we wont be cursed with the snow and sleet. Who ordered that weather, anyway? |

LUCKY! LUCKY! to have attended this course and meet new friends. To those of you who missed out, don't do it again. First thanks to Bill DeVries for all his hard work to organize this weekend. Big thanks to Joe Farsetta, what a great instructor, no nonsense guy, funny too and has way to much knowledge for one person. I look forward to your next course, up in the great white. Oh Joe your right we should call him Super Mario, because he is went out of his way to make everyone feel welcomed, a very generous person thanks Mario. Anyway Nachi and the Kingston Chapter but together a great weekend.

A special Thanks to Joe for sharing his knowledge and humour while "Super Mario" made everyone feel at home. To the participants, it certainly would not have been an awsome weekend without your presence! Merci!
