Consultations

I have been getting calls for consultations of various home related issues (roof leaks, basement leaks etc.) and would like to ask if anyone would share their contract/agreement wording? Or is one even required?

Verbal consultation=no report=no agreement. That's how it works for me.

Yepp!!! And I don't move off my seat for less than $150 + taxes (if close by or I'm going near the area for regular work) Short typed reports are $75 upwards extra with no warranties.

No report, no contract. However if they want an opinion/findings and require same in writing, then I would charge more.

*Consultation inspections do not conform to state home inspection requirements as this is a visual inspection only and no written report is provided.
