Why is it your good buddy Dave Bottoms can make several threats and OAHI fails to take action. Isn't that conduct unbecoming a member or professional misconduct?

You are also in error about people being kicked of committees or BOD. I know several. You were also in big trouble with OAHI. Why don't you talk about that. You know you and Cam conspired to hold kangaroo courts without involving the DPPC and went to great lengths to do to people what you did. You sire are an unethical liar and a cheat and you were dumped out of Nachi for having your fingers in the till because you got greedy and used Nachi money to promotw your own biz. You are a crook! I guess you would have no reservations whatsoever in calling for a complete and full Audit of Oahi, and let the chips fall where they may at the feet of you and Cam and a few others caught in your scheme to defraud. I have nothing to hide and openly call for an audit.

Why don't you call for an audit, something to hide is why you don't want one. After all you know what the DPPC found out about you and Cam and why the subsequent DPPC chair stopped investigating. Why don't you try and explain how a non contract became a contract absent of names that became a contract thanks to your intent to decieve and defraud NACHI. All one has to do is go back an see your post in the Archive section of this site. You took an Agreement of Understanding and tried to tell everyone it was a contract. The only problem is you thought everyone was stupid but we all turned out to be smarter than you and thus this is why you are so sour.

This will explain much. I can fill in the other deceitful details as to how Gil operates. Just like he is now trying to divert attention by making up stories because he is being exposed for what he is.

Two problems, XXXXX. First, it'll cost major money in legal fees if we call him out on this. Second, I just talked to Raymond and he's all but admitted what he's done and agreed to step down quietly if we don't go public. All we need to do is provide him a letter making up some lesser reason for letting him go. And he's adminant we keep this form the other committee members.

Sorry Norman you just do not have the BALLS to do any thing about this you are just a noise Maker like you have for many years . If you are so sure of your self and Gil lets have a go Bring on Dave and we will all see what Happens in Court . As per usual Gil and Dave have tried consistently to try and make NACHI look bad you . They both have lied cheated and are nothing but a big BLOW .
Sure of your facts go to a lawyer and do it, if not this is just another example of how these two have failed over the Years .
