I don't think buggernuts is Dan Harris. I don't agree with Dan on all things [many] but I do respect the fact that he uses his real name. He doesn't hide. He believes in what he is saying,and thats fine. As far as I know he has not threatened anyone and he is more respectfull than buggernuts.

This is the extent some will go to and OAHI was informed of this. I would also suggest anyone having dealings with this Diane Sams would be well advised to decline the work. As you can see I said nothing about my credentials, and there is no law preventing one from using RHI if in the OAHI registry. That is a fact and its in the enacting legislative document PR 158. I was also a member of Nachi at the time and there is nothing preventing anyone from practicing in Nachi while retired in OAHI. That to is a fact and if you don't believe me check with your own lawyer.

That's odd... In mid-August of this year I referred you to a friend of mine from up your way and she and you exchanged a couple of emails. It sounds like you were practicing at that time while still maintaining your Retired RHI status. I guess she didn't realize you were retired because you have never aknowledged that fact to the general public on your website.

When I asked you on NACHI's forum about your Retired status, you stated:

• I have proven I am permitted to use RHI except you keep contradicting PR 158. Why? Actually if you bothered to read it Pr 158 states that anyone who is in the Registry is entitled to use RHI that is me. And I have provided the link to prove otherwise. It is also not my fault Oahi and the Registrar don't know the law and how it is applied. I guess that also explains why I can never get proper answers or no answers. I have a paper trail of negligence left by Oahi. Its going to look pretty good when I finally get the official notice from Oahi I am supposedly abusing the RHI and Retired. Like Roy I may find it necessary to bankrupt Oahi with legal challenges. Oh oh maybe bankrupt is a bad comparison, it would seem Oahi is already bankrupt both morally and financially.

Interesting viewpoint. I'm not trying to start anything with you, just trying to get my head around the contradicting evidence. I'm sure you've got a reasonable explanation.
