Hi William,

Sorry no it wont be in BC as of yet, but we look forward to seeing you come down for the seminar

TO ALL HOME INSPECTORS

Just a short while ago I got a message from one of the executive of another HI Organization that they were uncomfortable sending our message directly to thier members due to a personal conflict. I wish to make this VERY CLEAR…this is a NONDENOMINATIONAL …OPEN TO ALL …training session…We welcome the PHPIC members…NCH members…CAHPI members…OAHI members…InterNACHI…The new Union members…HELL you are welcome if you don’t belong to anything and based upon history it is no secret why many don’t.
One thing I want to make clearly understood…you come to Kingston you check your political guns at the door Lads…everyone in the room is a Home Inspector wanting to learn…period

Its time to take training past the basics, homes are just to darned technical today and I welcome anyone who can say they have taken a course like the one the All-Tech Group is going to conduct.......and just so there is no BS...........if after you are done and you don't think you got your $$$ worth.......you catch me at the door going out and tell me why you don't think it was worth the $$$... I will personally give you every cent back!.............one more thing...........you are going to be given a phone number at this seminar.......a new hot line so to speak where you will be able to talk directly to the pros. I defy anyone who says they have all the answers..........half the secret to this business is knowing when to say I don't know but DO KNOW who to call for help.

…see you in Kingston in November…
Regards
Cam

Sadly the ALLIANCE of CANADIAN HOME INSPECTORS was not included in any way in the design or execution of this offering. While we support and encourage all inspectors in their endeavors to improve their knowledge base, it is difficult to do so in this case with such a small number of seats available at such a high cost. However the A.C.H.I. will recognize this presentation and award C.E.U.'s accordingly.

And Bill, as you know, the ALLIANCE of CANADIAN HOME INSPECTORS, is not a union.

("And Bill, as you know, the ALLIANCE of CANADIAN HOME INSPECTORS, is not a union. ")

The dictonary seems to have a differenet opinion …

Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French, from Late Latin union-, unio oneness, union, from Latin unus one — more at one
Date: 15th century
1 a : an act or instance of uniting or joining two or more things into one: as (1) : the formation of a single political unit from two or more separate and independent units (2) : a uniting in marriage; also : sexual intercourse (3) : the growing together of severed parts b : a unified condition : combination, junction <a gracious union of excellence and strength>

4 : any of various devices for connecting parts (as of a machine); especially : a coupling for pipes or pipes and fittings

George, not to be disrespectfull but no association was asked to help design and execute this course, We had to limit the capacity, thats why it has a 5 students to 1 teacher ratio, this will ensure each inspector gets the information and education they are there to recieve. With a complete working PV FIT system, thermal heating, recovery water system all in one place is Why it has such an impressive hands on section and why we have the top professionals to teach it. This is beyond the basic “free” course. With all that is offered it will be an incredable seminar, breakfast meeting, hot lunches, drinks, coach transportation to and from hotel to work site, everything is there.
If you have members that sign up we will be happy to give any ACHI member a certificate of completion from all-tech consulting group in the amount of 12 CEU’s, please forward on your letterhead a letter of approval and your acceptance of the CEU’s or the amount you wish to offer your members.
With this in mind I will be happy to send you an inclusion letter so you can be notified of our other seminars so you can include them for educational CEU’s if you wish.

I hope this meets to your satisfaction, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I can answer your questions.

Hope to see you there, this is an educational seminar that has never been made available to home inspectors under one roof, space is limited and is filling up.

Thanks for the definition Roy but it appears that you are confused so I will try to be more precise. The ALLIANCE of CANADIAN HOME INSPECTORS is not a UNION in the sense that we are not a labour organization, do not have any connections to labour organizations except through our ‘purchase of service agreement’, are not bound by union rules, do not have to participate in strikes, can cross picket lines and do not have to stand around 45 gallon drums burning wood to keep warm.

It just seemed simpler to say that we are not a union.

Thanks for the invitation Bill but I will be busy helping to organize the first ALLIANCE of CANADIAN HOME INSPECTORS trade show due later this fall. We will be presenting lectures, demonstrations, displays and information from a number of our Vendor supporters. We will be covering everything from I.R. technology to lectures on limiting liability; from heating / cooling systems and electrical, to information on WHIMIS and first aid training and more. We are even trying to arrange some lectures on marketing and business promotions!

You can see we will be kind of busy! But please put us on your list for upcoming courses.

Thanks George, I’ll send you info as it comes available to you, all the best
Billy

Perhaps if the Alliance of Canadian Home Inspectors Purchase of Service Agreement with the Teamsters Union was made available, there would be less confusion…

You seem to be the only one who is confused Marcel.

I can see by the response that everything is back to NORMAL!!!

From your answer to Roy, George, it appears that Marcel is not the only one who is confused.

Me think that George is confused;-)…

(“Thanks Cam .
Having been to about 30 +~ meetings organized by Cam and Many of his seminars .
I say his with out a doubt are the greatest, much more information has been supplied then any other seminars I have attended.
My Thoughts are if you can get to this seminar then DO IT you will learn a lot and will never be sorry.”)

I sent E-mail for information on this high tech seminar. I receive E-mail on how to make deposit for a spot. You have to send information through land mail?
What is the price of a stamp today?

Kevin
the reason for land mail is so you know where to mail your cheque or CC# and the amount. Most people do not want to send CC #'s thru email as it is not secure.
We then send you a welcome package which has all the information required, hotel address, class times, course material and such forth.

hope this answers your question

** I have no idea if there are any seats left ,But I am sure you will not be sorry if you take this seminar … Roy**

There are still a few seats left, were filling it up and it looks like it will be a great seminar, we have some good inspectors signed up so there will be alot of hall talk as well for conversation alone with getting to know some great inspectors

looking forward to it for sure
