Environmental Assessment Reports - Qualification Of Submitters

Effective immediately, an appropriate Qualified Person (QP) as outlined under the Ministry Of Environment's Ontario Regulation 153/04, must sign all environmental assessments that are submitted to TSSA. The practitioners that are designated as QP's under the regulation are Professional Geoscientists, Professional Engineers, Professional Agrologists and Chartered Chemists.
