Why would an ethics committee member call Roy Cooke and speak to Roy in the manner he did? Given that Roy was not involved, Joe infringed upon the COE, not only as a member, but as an ESOP committee member.

3. Duty to the Profession and InterNACHI

The InterNACHI member shall not engage in any act or practice that could be deemed damaging, seditious or destructive to InterNACHI, fellow InterNACHI members, InterNACHI employees, leadership or directors. Member(s) accused of acting or deemed in violation of such rules shall be reviewed by the Ethics committee for possible sanctions and/or expulsion from InterNACHI.

I guess calling Roy Cooke and letting into him should be considered as a breach of rule 3. - engage, act, practice, could be deemed damaging - fellow members - destructive.

Unfortunately Roy thought it more important to defend you from the ESOP than to tell you the truth about your reprehensible actions.

If words go down easier from a friend then their would have been no need for Joe F. to use the tone and language he did with Roy. Absolutely none. Further friends don't call up friends or colleagues and use the tone and language Joe F. did with Roy.

Are you calling Roy a liar? Joe shook up Roy pretty bad over something Joe F. had no business doing in the first place given his so called level of professionalism.

Of course how would you ever know about professionalism when you have never been a member of any other professional association which has bylaws, and proper procedures set up to protect members from the likes you!

You may not be aware that NACHI is not the only association to throw this bum out for unethical behavior.

He belonged to another association that kicked him out for lying about being retired. After getting canned from them, he came to NACHI and used this message board as his means of attacking them with lies, much like he does us now.

I have never volunteered for the ESOP.

My mind is only closed to the nonsense you post.

My reasoning is intact thank you..

If selected for jury duty I would examine the facts and come to a decision based on the facts presented. I think you would do well to do the same.

I had no part of the decision to boot Ray but I do agree with them in this case. I may not in others but who knows for sure.

You too should look in the mirror and ask your self and why you condone a kangaroo decision.
I have not defended what happened to Ray I am disappointed how it was handled.
It was far from fair and proper .
No where in our society is there room for Kangaroo decisions.
Now tell me why you choose to ignore Bill Mullens flagrant violation of the NACHI BYLAWS .
Tell me again why the ESOP does only want to hold up certain parts of the SOP.

The ESOP destroyed their own credibility when they decided to conspire!

I am still waiting for the ESOP to explain the difference what I did to what Joe F. did when he crossed the line and breached the very rules he enforces when he called Roy. Morally, and ethically bankrupt is my blanket statement about the ESOP.

Tell ya what, what'da say I call you and light into you with a diatribe and foul language in order to get you to change Joe F. mind.
