You refuse to accept any decision that falls against you. Whether presented to your liking, in the manner you wish or not, the outcome would have likely been the same. This appears to be a trend. It's the world according to Garp, I'm afraid. When things dont fall your way, everyone else is wrong. It matters not the subject. the outcome is always the same.

To this very day, your continual rants only serve to convince those who may have doubted ESOPs decision at one time, to reverse that doubt and affirm that ESOPs decision on the matter was both timely and justified. You make ESOPs point with each rant.

I sincerely hope you are able to recognize residential flaws more clearly than you can recognize the flaws of your strategy and actions with regard to this matter.

Mario do you condone the actions of your fellow committee members on the ESOP? I would like to know your thoughts on if it was okay for Joe F. to breach the rules when he called Roy and let into him, when Roy had absolutely nothing to do with anything.?

Do you condone Frank Carrio for breaching the COE he has promised to uphold?

Do you condone the intimidating emails to Roy from your fellows on the ESOP? Isn't intimidation a breach of the COE?

Do you condone outright lies being spread by one of your colleagues on the ESOP?

Mario, I think you need to show some just cause why as a ESOP member you remain silent about this very flagarant, known breaches of which you too promised to uphold when you joined the ESOP.

You piss on the concept of due process, unless it serves your purpose; when it doesnt you cry foul. You piss on this association, its programs, its benefits, and its efforts at each turn. You say that NACHI and CMI is a fraud. You should be very proud of your opinions and accomplishments.

I am convinced that the choice to add Mario and Brian to the ranks of ESOP was the right choice. I stand by that decision, knowing that we may not always agree, but that both gentlemen are level headed, fair minded, and independent thinkers.

I am only here to expose what can only be described as a circus. The ESOP has demonstrated admirably just how far it will go to expunge those people who they feel are a threat to their rein.

None of you have any credibility because you all continue to flaunt the rules blatantly and for all to see. Right from your inexcusable phone call to Roy to overlooking blatant breaches by Frank and James.

Your smart Joe, but not that smart when it comes to making excuses and your pious nature are on display for anyone intelligent enough to see.

Keep pumping it out Joe, you don't need any help from Roy or me you have your ESOP committee members to thank for that, they do a great job protecting you and each other.

You can go here and post all those intimidating email messages you rec'd from some of the ESOP members, and not be in contravention of the NACHI rules because you didn't post them on NACHI!

I think its time NACHI Members had their eyes opened to see just how morally bankrupt, and ethically challenged some of the ESOP members are. Maybe they can kick each others arses out on the street! Then we can see who are the liars are amongst us.
