In his book Good To Great, Jim Collins talks about how organizations move from...well, good to great. One of the key factors is getting the right people and then positioning them where they will be most effective. He calls it getting the right people on the bus and then getting them in the right seat.

Nick, what selection criteria were published for InterNachi Board candidates? I missed that part as I only read the Canadian message board.
