What I find interesting about Holmes is his ability to get his fingers in every ones PIE. When he started the Holmes Group he even tried to convince me to join via a e-mail from his secretary. I met them to see what they proposed and was shocked to be informed that I would work under his organization and not give the report to the Client after finishing it. I also was shocked to see that I needed to get certified first to do IR or could not be accepted until I finished the snell course provided for this.
Now I know that both Snell and Pinchin Environmental have started training in SSM On and I have only had one client ask for IR to be done at the Inspection.
I might be wrong but I don’t think it will ever catch on here.
It is hard enough that you are being rushed to do the Inspection in less than 2 hrs.
