Robert,
Jay did call me. and you were right, he wanted a deep discount as he turns so much work your way. I just told him head office (I forgot to tell him that was me) dictates the price and I cannot discount. I told to make up for it, his client would get great inspection and this is what I am more concerned with. Thanks for the referral!
