Hmmm, a regular coffee costs a lousy dollar and change. Driving many miles for a FREE coffee must mean that there's something else in it....

IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR GRAND OPENING!
PHPIO PRESENTS THE FIRST EVER EASTERN ONTARIO HOME INSPECTORS’ TECHNICAL FAIR
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 30th

Have you ever wanted to talk one-on-one with the specialists and trades who install solar and wind mechanicals in homes? With the growing popularity of pellet stoves, don't know who to talk to? Got a question for the pros that repair wet basements? What is Bakor, yellow jacket and blue skin? Don't fully understand ICF foundations? Have heard about "air heated floors" but don’t know anything about them? What is "well wise" and would like some answers about the Eco-Energy Program? Got a question about forced air heating systems or anything TSSA related?

……....THEN MARK NOV 30TH ON YOUR CALENDAR FOR KINGSTON……....

The Professional Home and Property Inspectors of Ontario (PHPIO) is taking home inspector training to a new level!!!........................On Sunday November 30th at the Days Inn in Kingston (Division St & 401) we will be holding a Home Inspector Technical Fair.......the first of its kind in Canada!! ......and IT’S FREE!!!!!!......

The Home Inspectors’ Tech Fair opens at 9:00 AM sharp Sunday morning November 30th. Each company listed below (and others) will make a presentation followed by a question and answer period on their product and the technology behind it.

We will have over a dozen technical specialists from several companies set up in a booth format where you can walk in and talk to the pros....one-on-one!! Companies like STAXX, Gas-Tech. Leggalett, HearthMakers, Renewable Energy and Shea's will be present among others. They have been invited to answer your questions on installations, problem areas and any technical question you may have. They will have installation displays; power point technical shows and tons of take-home info.

There will be an information session on PHPIO and why becoming part of the "Canadian Solution" to a CMHC recognized certification in Canada is now available to every Ontario Home Inspector. PHPIO will have a booth open during the HI's-Tech Fair for you to drop by and answer your questions.

We are expecting well over 100 inspectors to attend this HI Tech Fair that is open and free to all Ontario Home inspectors.

For more Info contact any PHPIO Committee member you know; Bill Mullen, Paul Wilson, Claude Lawrenson, Brian Callaghan, Cam Allen, Wayne Fulton, Mike O’Grady, Bill DeVries or George Webb. For e-mail info and to let us know you are coming RSVP to admin@phpio.ca. We will see you get a free coffee!! If you want to come down on Saturday, visit Kingston and stay overnight at the Days Inn we have a group rate on rooms. Just call the Days Inn at 1-800-267-7888 and ask for the "CNV- PHPIO" corporate discount.

The National Certification Authority is hosting the largest TIPR ever held "East of the Rockies" on Saturday 29th in Kingston. If you are one of the over 2 dozen candidates coming, stay over and join us on Sunday.

........COME JOIN US ON NOVEMBER 30TH AND SEE THE FUTURE OF HOME INSPECTOR TRAINING.....SEE HOW PHPIO, A HOME INSPECTION ORGANIZATION THAT IS FOR HOME INSPECTORS, WANTS TO HELP YOU SUCCEED!!!..........

Thanks, Allen:

I was going to wait and let Bill DeVries repost it, but he's been pretty busy lately and we want to get it out there for everyone to see.

It's going to be an awesome weekend for Ontario home inspectors !!
