Default Re: INACHI Member of the Year/Gromicko Award Nominations 2008

I have learned today that one of the nominees, for one of the awards to be given, actually contacted the person who nominated him, and asked (pointedly) for said nomination, for doing something and in a category undeserving. The nominating party had no knowledge. The nominee, on the other hand, knew EXACTLY what he was doing, and claiming.

This person knows who he is, and I would be happy to expose this if he does not choose to do what is right and pass his nomination to along to that person who is truly deserving of the recognition this imposter seeks.

I have permission from the nominator of this person to move forward with this information should proper recognition not be given.

The individual perpretrating this little fraud is starved for attention, and his actions prove that. For now, I am keeping my mouth shut until he decides whether he will do the right thing.

I wont wait forever.

This person who is soliciting nominations that he does not deserve....does not also happen to serve on the committee that selects winners for these awards, does he?

If this turns out to be true, Joe, it would have to be added to the pile of ethics complaints that are already piled up against this "helpful" fellow.

How desperately low does one have to be to cheat in order to receive an award that no one cares about in the first place?

Hey Dan looks like NACHI has some governance problems. Boy when they want to get rid of someone all the stops are pulled and evidence is fabricated at all costs! Nick your ship needs a helmsman desperately the ship is about to hit an iceberg!

I was told before that Joe Farsetta and his Henchmen are the most vindictive members NACHI has .
They continue to prove what I was told .
I was also told last year that Joe wanted Ray and Roy gone from NACHI .
Well they have managed to get Ray gone and are doing their best to get me gone .
It has not worked And I expect it will not work.
They have have any one stand up to their vindicate ways .
It has really upset Joe as I have had Considerable Communications with Nick and told Nick that this group is slowly destroying NACHI.
So that Joe could not say I had gone behind his Back I Carbon Copied all messages I sent to NICK.
This has frustrated him No end as I will not put up with his underhanded methods.
This is just another example of how they manage to have had many members move on or stop making many posts .
Well Joe as per usual you can not get me gone, keep trying it just shows all ,what sort of a person you are, and will stop at nothing to get your own way.
You are making it into a power play not me .
I am happy doing what I do to help NACHI and its members and you are doing what you can to destroy me and others .

Thanks to David and others for their public and private support it shows what I am doing is proper,

Roy,

Did you or did you NOT contact one John McKenna and solicit him to nominate you for the Inventor of the Year Award.

Do you acknowledge that David Andersen came up with the idea/innovation that you were nominated for coming up with, prior to your "helpful" announcement.

Lest we not forget the double team we have come to know and (not) love going after Wendy. Shall I resurrect Ms. Forsythe so she can re-tell her experiences in dealing with the ever-"helpful" dynamic duo?

You have raised the specre of me wanting to get rid of you and ray. You told me this once before. I told you it was total BS, and asked you for proof or a name or somthing.

Like all your empty claims, it turned out to be words with no substance. Must be true if you say so, right Roy?

Like taking credit for an innovation that someone else came up with on this very message board. Then, like one who craves recognition and accolades from the masses, reach out to someone to nominate you, after you ask him of course.

Very "helpful" indeed.

Joe you are showing all, your true colours .
Keep it up I love to see you dig your self in deeper .
You have said I and Ray would soon be getting a letter from your lawyer and that you where going to to the justice system ( or some other silly idea ) and get R & R.
Carry on Joe you get just a little information and become an instant expert . Dig some more Joe I can stand the heat and just love it.
You are the person saying things .

I have no idea what has gone on between Joe and John .
But John M and I have helped the CMI and each other over a period of time as an example John M Stated that CMI would donate $200;00 to help new Home Inspectors some how it did not work as well as he hoped and I ended up Donating for Four of the New HIs and four others covered the rest.
I have non stop Supported NACHI and I am not bragging about My $100:00 but just showing when needed I am there .

Thanks Roy...!!!

We had some folks back out of their promised support, but you have
made up for that today. With you, me and another guy, we can now
cover all the winners with no problem (we had six winners).

Thanks,
John McKenna
