Inspection in a frozen house

Hello everybody!

I got request for home inspection and air quality test in a house that was flooded last year. Remediation was not done but 4 feet of drywall, furnace and water heater were removed from basement.
Now temperature drops to -20 degrees C and there is no source of heat!
Will really appreciate any advice on what to check or not to check in frozen through house.
What worries me that mold spores would be dead frozen and air quality test results won’t be reliable.
Home inspection tomorrow!

Thank you

Why would someone want to purchase a home like this? Disclaim, disclaim.

I would not touch it without the heat being turned back on. You can’t inspect the plumbing, heating hot water heater or do a mold test.
