We have a contract with a U.S. lending agency and require verification the company is legitimate. What is required is:
1 – Several digital photos of both the inside and just outside the business. (Outside should have a picture of the door with address of business and stated hours of operation. Also a long shot of the street.
2 – The indoor photos should be to see the inventory of the business.

3 - Then just a simple cover page indicating basic comments # parking # seating etc
4 – Picture of the check out area to verify credit card processing equipment
15 minutes work. Many NACHI and other inspectors have worked for us. We are building a network of inspectors in various regions because there is an influx of this type of work.

Nova Scotia area is New Glasgow & Dartmouth. Also note that this work can be done by other people other than inspectors, but must be reliable.
