Default internachi documents

I am curious as to if any of our Canadian inspectors use any of the internachi documents in their reports (with your own changes of course).
such as the "Estimated Life expectancy Chart" , the "Client Satisfaction Survey" or the "General Release" documents.
Just curious about using them in Canada and if any could cause problems.
Thanks

They are authored to be used in all of N. America. www.nachi.org/documents.htm
